How we handle client data
We access Amazon Advertising data only with each client’s explicit authorization via Amazon’s Login with Amazon consent screen. We do not sell, rent, or share client data with any third party for their independent purposes.
- Documented Incident Response Plan, approved by senior management and reviewed every six months.
- Designated Incident Management Point of Contact reachable on a 24×7 basis for security incidents affecting Amazon Data.
- Notification of Amazon within 24 hours of becoming aware of any security incident affecting Amazon Data.
- Removal of access for departing personnel within 24 hours; multi-factor authentication on all systems processing Amazon Data.
- Encryption in transit and at rest; remediation of critical-risk vulnerabilities within 7 days and high-risk within 30 days of discovery.
- Public intake channel for privacy concerns and vulnerability disclosures.
